Newsflash

Ivor will take to the wheel of son Steven's Evo for the third time when he takes part in this year's Snowman Rally on Valentine's day.  He nearly won the event in the late 70's in white-out conditions and will again be playing for snow.

"I shouldn't really do the event but I'm not getting any younger and I'm better getting out while I'm still fit enough to enjoy it" said the Gretna man who turns 62 four days before the event.

"I'll not be taking much interest in stage times though...  These days I just enjoy competing so I'll be trying to keep Steven's car in one piece!"

Quieter year ahead for Clark

Following a successful but extremely busy 2008, a new job, an engagement and the need to find a new house means driving oportunities will be restricted in 2009.  I hope to get out on the Jim Clark and Scottish rallies but everything will as usual depend on money.  Given the new job is month on/month off, whether I'm actually in the country or not might have a bearing too!

Any news of future outings will be published here....
